This beautiful Beagle girl has had a rotten hand dealt to her! Fortunately for Emma, the old man called Traci. Traci and Angie are true angels here on earth. Emma is safe under their wings. I’m hoping after you read Emma’s story, you’ll donate to her care. When I echatted with Traci, Emma’s vet bill was up to $500 and that is not including her wheels, surgery(ies) and future vet care.
